I’m going to hazard a guess that you are hunched over your phone/iPad/tablet/computer with your head down?
I’m right aren’t I ??
And now you are sitting up a bit straighter? Yes?
(It’s ok I can’t actually see you- I’m at home trying not to hunch over my iPad as I type this email to you)
Anyway that position you were in…multiplied by hours,days,weeks,months!
Oooft- I predict back pain and suffering in your future.
That is why Pilates is for you!
Now.. I love fitness and getting a great sweaty workout
However not all exercise classes are about manic prancing & physical torture …
Pilates will help ease that tension in your neck muscles,
help to strengthen your deep corset muscles which support your spine while you are sitting there and you will feel more flexible just doing everyday things like getting in and out of your car, standing up from sitting and reaching up in your cupboards (anything worth getting is up high in my kitchen he he)
You will leave my class feeling taller, stronger and stress free.
And you won’t even break a sweat.
There’s even a 3 minute relaxation part at the end where you get a cosy blanket and peace!

You can try your first Pilates class on a ‘pay as you come basis’ then decide if you would like to continue. Class price is seven pounds. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for bookings or if you need any more information about classes.
