I have been teaching Fitness & Pilates classes for over 17 years and strongly believe everyone can benefit from simple core exercises and stretches. When these are performed daily you can help prevent back pain and improve posture.

Heres what you can expect..

4 x 20 minute sessions for up to 10 people per session.

Easy, chair-based Pilates exercises (demonstration and practical) for all ages, shapes & fitness levels.

A basic understanding of spinal alignment, core/trunk muscles and how to maintain strength & flexibility for everyday tasks.

A handout to remind you of the daily chair exercises and an awareness of body alignment & areas of stress/tension.
